 The Oregon Convention and Visitor Services Network is part of the dynamic marketing and promotion team involved with keeping Portland and Oregon visible locally, regionally and nationally. President, Roy Jay has been recognized by Black Meetings & Tourism Magazine for the past six years as one of the nations most influential African Americans in the convention and tourism industry.
Working in tandem with our partners, POVA, the Oregon Convention Center and Oregon's Tourism Division along with hundreds of hospitality oriented businesses and organizations, we have formed a highly respected team of convention marketing professionals.
OCVSN is a separately funded organization which is contracted through room tax money for the specific purpose of enhancing Portland's minority and speciality convention arena.
